Chris is our founder and senior consultant, with 20 years experience in local and central government. As well as previously holding leadership roles in local authorities, Chris has also delivered local improvement services for the implementation of national policies through spells at the Home Office, LGA, National Policing Improvement Agency and IDeA.

Chris has supported a wide variety of governments, both in the UK and Europe; local authorities, OPCCs and police forces, and NGOs to improve community safety service delivery, tackle extremism, train staff, and develop as leaders and partnerships.
